Acupuncture at Monument, City of London
I practise on Tuesdays at the Light Centre Monument, 36 St Mary at Hill, EC3R 8DU. It is a two-minute walk from Monument station and a short walk from Bank, Cannon Street and London Bridge. The centre has a reception, seating areas, showers and a café, and is wheelchair accessible.
Clinic day: Tuesdays. Available times are shown live on the booking calendar, and you can book online at any time.
Appointments: 50 minutes, £95, paid when you book. First appointments include a full health history, so please allow the whole 50 minutes.
What I work with
I see a wide range of physical and emotional presentations, with a particular interest in bladder and urogenital symptoms, women's health, sleep and stress. NICE guidance recommends acupuncture for chronic primary pain and for preventing migraine and tension-type headache, and I work with back and neck pain and headaches. I work alongside your GP, consultant or fertility clinic, and accept referrals from them.
About me
I am Esther Holford, BSc (Hons) Acupuncture, BA (Hons), MBAcC, LicAc, with seventeen years in practice including a busy London clinic. I am a member of the British Acupuncture Council and registered with the main health insurers.
